The staff was very friendly and helpful . My room had a good size and was very clean. The a la carte breakfast was also very good (I recommend the omelet!). I had an early departure, but the kitchen packed breakfast for me.

They provided quick check-in and check-out services and offered helpful advice about local attractions and transportation options. The service was efficient and personalized.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of town. A market is nearby, including an open market and Lions Bridge, very easy to get around from here. The immediate area around the hotel is convenient for exploring the city by foot.

Fantastic Hotel, Convenient Location!

This hotel is just amazing. The location is perfect with easy walking access to major streets. The metro station is right under the hotel, super convenient. Breakfast is served in the cafe connected to the hotel. Many options are available, and the portions are super big!!!

The elevator control system is not very good. It always stops on levels one or two. It can be annoying.

The hotel is close to the train and bus station. The city center is also easily accessible. I appreciated the quiet and clean rooms. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful even with the language sometimes.

the room was very comfy and tidy with good air conditioning. a great cafe was located downstairs. the metro stop was right at the front door, just one stop from the serdika area.

the receptionist did not provide a warm welcome, which i found disappointing. when i needed local information, the staff member was not helpful. the lack of support from the front desk was noticeable throughout my stay.

The coffee machine in my room did not work. also, the welcome at reception was not very friendly. one staff member seemed quite unpleasant. it definitely affected my initial impression of the place. the bathtub was also a bit small. It felt cramped.
